Unlike many larger businesses, a lot of smaller businesses cannot justify permanent onsite IT Support. Dawes Consulting fills this gap by offering a “retainer style” monthly support option, where, for a small fee, support by telephone and remote fixes are included*, keeping costs to a minimum.
If the problems cannot be fixed either over the phone or by remote access, then a technician will be sent out by the next business day to sort out the issue.*
